I promise I haven’t abandoned my blog again. Seriously. I’ve actually moved…yet again. My friends say finding me is like trying to find Waldo because it seems like I move every year. I wish I could say that’s not true but the more I think about it, they might be right. It’s not that I’m running from anything, every move has actually been an upgrade. This last move was unplanned but very necessary. Let’s just say avoid renting from WRI Property Management.
Since we’ve moved back to Atlanta in 2009 we have lived in Marietta, Roswell, Douglasville and now Riverdale. I’ve almost done a full circle around the perimeter of Atlanta and have yet to actually live in Atlanta. LOL. I’m absolutely in love with my newest place tho. The only thing that would make it better is if there was a Menchies down the street instead of 2 exits away. At first, moving to Riverdale was definitely not on my list of ideal places to live. But I told myself to remain open to new areas and decided to view this one after all. I’m so glad I did because I fell in love with it almost immediately. I’m more on the College Park/Union City border rather then Riverdale. Which is great because I’m only 5 miles from my church. I’m so thrilled about that because I’ve really been wanting to get back into church and now I can without having to travel over an hour to get there or watching it online because I woke up too late. No more excuses.
At this point I just can’t wait to get settled in and unpacked. It took 2 days for us to move in. I can’t believe how much stuff I’ve accumulated in just under 5 years. It’s literally going to be weeks before I have everything unpacked and in it’s proper place. But we are happy, comfortable and stress free so far. And really, that’s all that matters.
